Ortonixia is a treatment method that allows for the gradual rehabilitation of the nail plate. It is a corrective action for undesired or curved nails which restores their healthy and morphologically correct appearance.
The painful ingrown toenail will be rehabilitated in its growth, easing it out of the nail canal. This technique is carried out through the application of a titanium thread on the nail valleys through the polymerisation of a resin.
The entire process is completely painless and the thread stays on the nail for at least 3 months (timing depends on the case).
Please note: Ingrown toenail treatment is not included in the price; whether correction is necessary is decided by the therapist.

Post Treatment at our salon only
This service is designed for clients who have experienced toenail trauma, partial nail loss, or surgical nail removal, where the natural nail does not grow back fully or requires temporary restoration. Using a specialized orthopedic gel, a natural-looking prosthetic nail is carefully sculpted to restore the appearance and protect the nail bed while the area heals.
The orthopedic gel used in this treatment is flexible and specifically formulated for podiatry use, making it safe for sensitive or damaged nail beds. It allows the toe to move naturally inside footwear while reducing pressure on the affected area.
Important:
This is a cosmetic restoration, not a permanent nail replacement. The prosthetic nail will require periodic maintenance or replacement as the natural nail grows or as the gel wears over time.
*Please note: Nail prosthetics treatment need is decided by the therapist.
This specialised treatment is designed to safely and effectively address dry, cracked skin and calluses, leaving your feet smooth, healthy, and comfortable. Suitable for all skin types, the procedure is performed using a professional hardware pedicure technique for precise and hygienic results.
Your therapist will begin by thoroughly disinfecting the feet to ensure optimal hygiene. A professional softening gel is then applied to gently soften the skin on the feet and around the cuticles, preparing them for treatment.
After carefully assessing the condition of your soles, the therapist will select the most appropriate electric file attachment to safely and effectively reduce callused or hardened skin. The soles are then treated using a specialised electric file, allowing for controlled and precise removal of excess skin.
During the treatment, cuticles are also carefully and neatly refined to improve the overall appearance and health of the nails.
The procedure concludes with the application of a deeply hydrating foot cream to nourish and restore moisture to the skin. If desired, the treatment can be finished with nourishing cuticle oil for additional care and a polished final result.
Please note that color application is optional, but decided by the therapist if possible depending if there is a presence of any infection on the nails
An ingrown toenail occurs when the edge or corner of the nail grows into the surrounding skin. This can cause redness, swelling, tenderness, and sometimes infection as the nail begins to press into and irritate the skin.
Ingrown toenails may develop due to several factors, including foot trauma, wearing tight or ill-fitting footwear, excessive flattening of the foot that causes the toe to rotate, improper self-treatment such as cutting the nail too deeply, or natural conditions where the skin around the nail is fuller.
During your treatment, our therapist will carefully trim and remove the section of nail that is growing into the skin and causing pain or infection. Once the problematic portion has been treated, the area will be cleansed and protected with antiseptic and a sterile dressing to support proper healing and reduce discomfort.
Important:
Please note that follow up appointment may be required for this treatment
Suitable for toe nails and skin prone to infection with a fungus
This specialised pedicure is designed for toenails and skin that are prone to fungal infections, providing a hygienic and targeted approach to foot care.
The treatment begins with a thorough disinfection of the feet to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. A specialised softening gel is then applied to the feet and cuticles to prepare the skin and nails for treatment.
Your therapist will carefully assess the condition of your nails and the soles of your feet before proceeding with a hardware pedicure using a professional electric file. The most appropriate attachments are selected to gently and effectively treat the skin, remove dry or thickened areas, and ensure optimal results while maintaining comfort and safety.
Cuticles are then carefully and hygienically treated. If any nail shows signs of fungal infection, the therapist will carefully clean the affected nail and, if necessary, reduce or partially remove the infected area to help improve nail health. The therapist will also advise if a referral to your GP may be required for further treatment with prescription medication.
To complete the treatment, your feet are deeply hydrated with an antifungal nourishing cream to support healthy nails and skin.
Please note that colour application is not allowed
Suitable for moderate amount of callus and dry skin
During this easy level hardware pedicure, your therapist will disinfect your feet, then apply a special gel (to soften the skin of the feet and cuticles).Your soles are then treated with an electric file after the specialist assesses the condition of your soles and thus selects the right file for best result. Also all of your cuticles are carefully removed. Following the procedure, your feet are hydrated with cream and if you wish - polished with a color or strengthener of your choice and finished with cuticle oil.
Please note that color application is possible as an add on and only if there is no presence of infection on the nails
Hard skin is removed from the area to speed up the healing process, this process is referred to as debridement. If debridement is too painful the therapist might decide to use strapping as a form of treatment. Here the cracks on your heels are strapped to hold the cracks together to allow them to heal.

Orthonyxia (nail bracing) is a non-surgical, painless podiatric treatment for ingrown or involuted (curved) toenails that uses small, tensioned wires or composite braces to lift nail edges, relieving pressure and pain. It acts as a "brace" to guide healthy, straighter growth, providing immediate relief and allowing normal activity without recovery time.
The nail is cleaned, and a wire or adhesive brace is attached across the surface, typically taking about 30 minutes.
Patients often feel relief from pain within the first week or two as the pressure on the skin is reduced. The duration of orthonyxia is about 6 months, depending on the time required for the complete regrowth of the patient’s nail plate.
Regular follow-up is carried out by the pedologist throughout this period in order to analyze the progress of the treatment.
Please note that whether brace correction is necessary is decided by the therapist.
Important:
Ingrown toenail treatment is not included in the price;
Not suitable for acute, severely infected, or highly inflamed ingrown nails.
Including relief bandages, bandages or plasters
